JIANGCHAI does not make second-hand machines, only brand-new machines, and signs the formal contract. If there is a refurbished machine, a full refund will be given.
2.How long is the machine warranty period?
All generator sets manufactured by JIANGCHAI are covered by the global joint warranty, with one year warranty (except forman-made damage) and a lifetime warranty.
3.Is the generator easy to use? Is it easy to operate?
The generator of JIANGCHAI have been debugged before leaving the factory. After receiving the goods, connect the power cord, pour diesel oil and start them, and they are ready for use. Detailed operating instructions can be viewed in JIANGCHAI Service>> Unit Startup Steps
4.How to choose the suitable diesel generator set?
A. Consider the power（kw） of the generator set . You can provide the load of the electrical equipment. The customer service staff will help you calculate and recommend the generator set suitable for you.
B. Consider the purpose of the generator set （ it is for regular use, backup, or emergency use)。
C.There is the style, which varies from place to place, open type, silent type , mobile type , automatic, etc. can be selected.
5.How long can it be shipped?
In stock, Delivery within 5 days after receiving deposit or payment for goods; customized generator sets will be shipped within 10 working days after receiving the deposit or payment for goods (except for special requirements).

4.如何选择适合自己的柴油发电机组？
A.考虑一下发电机组的功率（kw）。你可以提供电气设备的负荷。客服人员会帮您计算并推荐适合您的发电机组。
B.考虑发电机组的用途（是定期使用、备用或应急使用）。
C.有风格，因地而异，有开放式、静音式、移动式、自动式等。可以选择。
5.多久可以发货？
现货，收到定金或货款后5天内发货；定制的发电机组将在收到定金或者货款后15个工作日内发货（特殊要求除外）。
