.1.：Description of design for the soap making machine :
This soap line is used to produce middle and high soap with fatty acid content (active content) from 35% to 85%. Material is soap noodle. Capacity is 100-300 kg/hr. The flowing chart is mixing, grinding, vacuum extruding, electric cutting. Double vacuum extruding machine can make the soap more structure and hard to suncrack.
2：Producing condition:
1.water：1m³ circulating water（non-expendable); 2.electricity: 25kw/hour, 380V, 50HZ(your motor voltage can be customer-made as your local electricity ) 3.workshop size：22*8*3.5m(L*W*H); 4.Worker：6-8 worker/shift.
