IHF single-stage single-suction steel-lined fluoroplastic, polypropylene and other chemical centrifugal pumps (IHF centrifugal pumps for short) are designed according to international standards and combined with the process of non-metallic pumps, and manufactured with tortoiseshell mesh lining technology. The shaft seal is an externally mounted mechanical seal with excellent sealing performance. The inlet and outlet of the pump are reinforced with cast steel to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump. The actual use shows that the pump has the advantages of corrosion resistance, temperature resistance, non-aging, high mechanical strength, stable operation, advanced and reasonable structure, tight and reliable sealing performance, convenient disassembly and maintenance, long service life, etc., compared with the all-plastic anti-corrosion pump made of surrounding materials. It also has the advantages of good creep resistance, installation performance and thermal deformation resistance.
