Structure: The inner and outer rubber layers of the cloth jacket steam hose are made of synthetic rubber with excellent heat resistance, and the middle is pure cotton canvas reinforced layer. The pipe body is soft, light, flexible, and high heat resistance.
Purpose: suitable for conveying saturated steam or superheated water not higher than 180 ℃.
Features: The rubber layer has good heat resistance, and the bursting pressure of the hose is not less than 10 times of the working pressure.

The outer surface of the hose is wrapped with galvanized metal spiral wire, which can effectively increase the strength of the pipe body and improve the pressure bearing capacity.

Type 1 - the maximum working steam pressure is 0.3Mpa (3bar), and the corresponding steam temperature is 144 ℃;
Type 2 - the maximum working steam pressure is 0.6Mpa (3bar), and the corresponding steam temperature is 165 ℃;
Type 3 - the maximum working steam pressure is 1.0Mpa (3bar), and the corresponding steam temperature is 184 ℃;
Type 4 - the maximum working steam pressure is 1.6 Mpa (3 bar), and the corresponding steam temperature is 204 ℃;
Type 5 - the maximum working steam pressure is 1.6 Mpa (3 bar), the corresponding steam temperature is 204 ℃, and it can be used continuously.
Structure type: the rubber hose is composed of inner rubber layer, middle rubber layer, one or more layers of high-strength steel wire braiding or winding layer and outer rubber layer which are resistant to pressure steam aging.
