End suction centrifugal pump
An end suction pump is a type of centrifugal pump which has a casing with horizontal suction inlet and vertical discharge outlet. They are almost for single stage pumps which have only one impeller and impeller is cantilevered on one of the shaft.
End suction pumps can be used for any transfer or circulation of liquid and are capable of handling clean or dirty liquids and liquids with low viscosity. They are available in a wide variety of material combinations to suit any application.
When the liquid enters the pump, it moves along the blades of the impeller which increases the flowing speed of the liquid. Thereafter , the liquid is transported into the spiral casing where the high flowing speed of the liquid is converted into high pressure with the help of the diffusion process.
IS type end suction pump is applicable to industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply for high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transmission, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water cycle pressurization and equipment supporting, with the operating temperature of T is not higher than 80 degree Celsius.
IR horizontal hot water end suction pump is widely used in the pressurized circulation transportation of hot water from boilers in metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, paper making, hotels and restaurants and urban heating systems. IR type operating temperature is not higher than 120 degree Celsius.
IH horizontal chemical industrial end suction pump is used to transport liquids without solid particles, with corrosivity and viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, paper making, food and pharmaceutical, synthetic fiber and other departments, and its operating temperature is from – 20 to 120 degree celsius.
