Overview

   This machine is described as high strength corrugated paper machine for making 80-130g/m2. This machine is composed of long mesh forming part, pressing part, drying cadre, sizing part, transmission part, foundation part, steam cover part, paper roll part and so on.

• The mesh section is formed by long mesh, and open slurry box is selected for sizing. 

• The pressing section consists of two large roller diameter pressing channels (φ1350 / φ1350).  

• The drying cadre adopts φ1800mm drying cylinder 22, grouping row: 6+8+ sizing +8.

• A horizontal pneumatic paper winder is adopted in the paper rolling section.
