Oil Suction Hose is also called rubber fuel oil hose and oil discharge hose. It is a flexible hose for suction, discharge and delivery of oil with aromatic content. Compared with water rubber hose, the oil rubber hose has inserted copper wire to eliminate static. The inner and outer rubber material has excellent oil, abrasion and wear resistance performance. Besides, it has up to 50% aromatic content resistant performance for heavy duty use. Besides, the oil rubber hose can be made into armoured hose or added with steel spiral wires. While this is to improve the wear resistance and extend the service life.
Oil Suction Hose Construction:
Tube: Black, smooth, Nitrile rubber.
Reinforce: Multi plies of high strength fabric and steel wire helix.
Cover: Black, wrapped surface, weather and ozone resistant, synthetic rubber
Oil Suction Hose Application:
For suction and discharge of petrol based products, diesel, gasoline, lubricants, fuel, with aromatic content up to 50%.
