PFA gas absorption apparatus

The NJbinglab PFA hydrogen absorption apparatus is used for metal impurity experiments to detect hydrogen. It is used in the semiconductor industry. It consists of 3 375ml PFA digestion tanks connected to 1/4-inch pipes and equipped with PFA valves to control the flow rate.
