Pet food extruder machine is used for processing for dogs and cats (pet food), birds, piglets, frogs, sinking and floating aquatic feeds for fish. Which is high and new technical program as to catch the developing pet food market. Pet food line mainly use corn powder, bone powder, meat powder and some food additive as main raw material, through mixing, extruding, roasting, flavoring to get the final nutritious pet food. And the machine can also make the pet food cored filling, it will be more popular with modern pets. This line is fully automatic, high capacity and with different of shapes. It can produce such as cat food, dog food, fish food, bird food and so on.
Raw Materials
Rice flour, corn flour, wheat flour, low temperature soya flakes meal, rice bran , wheat bran, fish powder, bone powder etc. can also add fresh bone, meat, etc.
Fitness: about 60-80mesh which were crushed and mixed.
Moisture content: about 20%-25%.

Working principle:
After the material is sent into feeding device, they will be extruded and expanded by the screw shaft with high pressure and temperature which makes the raw material fully cooked and sterilized. Then the expanded material will be formed into pellets by shaping mould. You can change different moulds to make pellets with different diameters. After that a cutting device will cut the formed pellets into different length as required.
