Specification
Overview
This machine is described as high strength corrugated paper machine for making 80-130g/m2. This machine is composed of long mesh forming part, pressing part, drying cadre, sizing part, transmission part, foundation part, steam cover part, paper roll part and so on.
The mesh section is formed by long mesh, and open slurry box is selected for sizing.
The pressing section consists of two large roller diameter pressing channels (φ1350 / φ1350).
The drying cadre adopts φ1800mm drying cylinder 22, grouping row: 6+8+ sizing +8.
A horizontal pneumatic paper winder is adopted in the paper rolling section.
