The blended material, prior to being filled, needs to be sterilized with the most common process, thermal sterilization. According to different product characteristics, the subsequent matching of the filling process and the shelf life, ultra-high temperature treated (UHT) can be selected, usually heating to 130 °C for more than a few seconds.
The heat exchanger may be in the form of a plate, a tube, a bellows, or the like. For products with pulp particles or high viscosity, tubular exchangers must be used to prevent clogging. At the same time, the tubular heat exchanger also has a more powerful pressure-bearing capacity.
For cloudy beverage or milk-based juice, we recommend tubular UHT; for a clear juice, plate UHT can be used.
Technicalprocess:
For milk:
5°Cmilk→65°C-75°CHomogenize→85°C-90°CPasteurize(15s)→4°CPacking
ForJuice:
Juice30°C→ (65-75)°CHomogenize→(137)°CSterilize(4s)→88°Cfillingandpackaging→30-45°CCircumfluence
Characteristics:
1. Heat transferring efficiently
2. Energy saving
3. Temperature controlling is more accuracy
4. No touching the liquid, more hygiene
5. Cleaning more easily
