A sealing box is installed above the lower frame of the hydraulic cone crusher, which is matched with the spherical sealing ring under the crushing cone to achieve the purpose of lubrication and dust prevention. The sealing ring is installed on the supporting ring, which is fixed under the crushing cone by bolts. In order to ensure the effective operation of the seal ring, it is necessary to solve the problem of looseness of the retaining ring fixing bolts. We have adopted many methods, such as the use of thread tightening glue and the spot welding of nuts and retaining ring, which have not achieved ideal results. Later, after the fixing bolts of the support ring were tightened, we welded the support ring and the broken cone body together to make them a whole, effectively preventing the sealing ring from falling off and ensuring the tightness of the sealing part.
Cone crusher is a kind of compression crusher, which is mainly used for medium and coarse crushing of various hard stones. The cone crusher uses the eccentric motion of the moving cone to crush the stone. According to different structures, the cone crusher can be divided into two types: the suspended shaft cone crusher and the supporting shaft cone crusher. The former is used for the coarse crushing of large stone (usually the particle size is more than 1000mm), and the latter is used for the medium and fine crushing. The ore in the crusher is unevenly distributed. It will cause eccentric wear of parts such as fixed umbrella plate and adjusting ring, resulting in unqualified products and reduced productivity. In serious cases, it will cause one side of the crusher to move, which will increase the support pressure of the spring and accelerate the wear of the matching slope between the support sleeve and the flange of the machine body. Therefore, before the ore enters the crusher, the screening device will be used to keep the fine powder materials and large block materials outside the crusher for treatment. So as to ensure that the particle size of the machine is relatively uniform and avoid the occurrence of the above accidents.
