Electric single beam crane (jb/t 1306-94)
The crane is assembled and welded into a main beam by box girder box and I-steel, with end beams at both ends. It runs along the elevated track, and its lifting function is completed by the electric hoist and trolley running along the I-steel of the main beam.
The equipment is applicable to the working level of a3~a5, and the working environment temperature is -25 ℃ ~+40 ℃. According to its crane running speed, it can be divided into two modes: air operation (V ≥ 30m/min) and ground operation. It is strictly prohibited to use in the environment with explosion and fire hazards, places with relative humidity greater than 85% and the environment full of corrosive gases, as well as places where molten metals, toxic substances, inflammables and explosives are hoisted.
The standard models of cranes are LD, LDP and LDC, and their main technical parameters include lifting capacity GN (T), span s (m), lifting height h (m), lifting and running speed V (m/min), working level, etc.
The main performance and quality indicators of the crane are:
Camber of main beam: △ f= (1~1.4) s/1000 (s-span)
Side bending of main beam: △ FP ≤ s/2000
Span deviation: when s ≤ 10m △ s= ± 2 (mm) ｜ S1-S2 ｜
When s ≥ 10m △ s= ± ｜ 2+0.1 (S-10)

Crane steel and requirements for main parts and welding.
1. The material of crane metal structure, carbon structural steel according to GB700, low alloy structural steel according to GB1591, is not lower than the following provisions: important components are Q235-B, D or 16m, and general components are Q235-A, f;
2. The wheels of the crane trolley shall be made of 45 steel not lower than that in gb699 and shall be quenched and tempered;
3. All metal materials have quality certificates provided by suppliers, and sampling chemical analysis and mechanical property test are carried out for bulk purchase;
4. The steel wire rope electric hoist for lifting shall comply with the provisions of zbj80 013.2;
5. The crane cart wheel is zg340-640, which conforms to the provisions of jb/t 6392.2; After the wheel is installed, the reference end face is at the end face of the crane and at the inner side of the crane, and its end face circular runout is controlled below 120um;
6. The main accessories of the crane (motor, gearbox and lifting appliances) are purchased from some designated manufacturers and comply with relevant standards.
7. The welding rods, wires and fluxes used for welding are completely compatible with the main materials; The butt weld shall be beveled before welding in strict accordance with the process requirements to ensure the welding quality and strength. The weld shall be free of cracks, holes, solid slag inclusions, incomplete fusion, incomplete penetration and other defects, and the weld quality shall comply with the provisions of jb/zq4000.3. The butt weld shall be BS grade, and the fillet weld shall be BK grade;
100% of the butt welds in the tensile area of the main beam and LDP trolley frame shall be subject to nondestructive testing. The radiographic testing shall not be lower than grade II specified in gb3323, and the ultrasonic testing shall comply with grade I in gb11345. The crane is assembled on the standard platform, and after passing the inspection, the factory test (no-load) is carried out according to GB5905-86 crane test specifications and procedures; Focus on the following performance indicators:
a. In the crane electric control system, the insulation resistance of each electrical element to the ground is not less than 0.8m Ω in general environment and not less than 0.4m Ω in humid environment;
b. Motor speed is rated and three-phase current is balanced;
c. Without the interference of external sound, the operating noise shall not be greater than 85dB.
Environmental conditions of crane:
1. The power supply of the crane is three-phase AC with a frequency of 50Hz and a voltage of 380V. The allowable voltage fluctuation on the motor and electrical appliances (when the sharp current) is ± 10% of the rated voltage, and the internal voltage loss of the crane is 3%;
2. The installation of crane running track shall comply with the provisions of gb10183;
3. The radiant heat temperature of the lifting objects on the crane hook shall not exceed 300 ℃;
4. The ambient temperature shall not exceed +60 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +50 ℃; Generally, you should work indoors.
