Using polyether type prepolymer, polyester type prepolymer and MOCA as raw materials, the castable polyurethane impeller and cover plate for flotation machine were developed. It is proved that the impeller and cover plate of flotation machine made of casting polyurethane elastomer have excellent wear resistance, weight, and are easy to install and replace. They are the replacement products of flotation machine accessories.
