This machineis developed by us based on our long-term experience and similar equipments home & abroad. It adopts hot-water circulation to spray and sterilize, warm water to pre-cool, and cold water to cool down. Sterilizing temperature & time can be set arbitrarily. Widely used for the pasteurization of various tinned, PET and glass bottles beverage. Made of SUS304, delicate in design, reliable & stable in performance, clean and sanitary.
Work principle
Capped cans or sealed bags, bottles enter into inside of pasteurizer along with conveyor, and then their temp will finely alter accordingly in each temp zone. When going through the tunnel, containers will be cooled by spraying water of different temp, that's pre-heating phase, heating(sterilizing) phase, and cooling phase.
Gradually heating before sterilizing & gradually cooling after sterilization are of great important, which can not only prevent the loss of material nutrition in containers from overheating, but also can protect containers from sudden overheating or overcooling. In pasteurization, we adopts spraying-nozzle system(equipped with a large spraying-nozzle, spraying hot water to containers), after preset time for each tepm zone according to technical requirements, containers will be conveyed out by net-conveyor to production line or collectors.
