2.Corrosion resistant Solid Pump / Mining Pump
a) High productivity--Our pumps are designed to pump fluids containing a high percentage of solids(maximum weight concentration of the ash can reach 45% and maximum weight concentration of the slag can reach 60%).
b) So long service life--Wear parts of agitator pump are all constructed with abrasion resistant materials - hard chromium alloy, so pumps have better stability & longer service life.
c) Various protective--The motor adopts various protective such as overheat protection, water -inlet detecting projection, and can be operated safely for a long term in challenging working conditions.
d) Mechanical seal--Unique mechanical seal device can prevent the electric motor from high pressure water and impurities, thus high suction efficiency can be ensured.
3.Features of Corrosion resistant Solid Pump / Mining Pump

b) Unique mechanical seal device can prevent the electric motor from high pressure water and impurities, thus high suction efficiency can be ensured.

4.Introduction of Corrosion resistant Solid Pump / Mining Pump
As a manufacturer of submersible agitator slurry pump, “FINE” design it for handling slurry, mud, silt or sand. “FINE” submersible Circle Pump is an excellent combination of heavy duty wear resistant materials, variable input drive power with wide enclosed impeller provides high flow capacities with sufficient power to pump heavy slurries, sand and gravel.
Oil filled bearing housing is good for deep water applications.
The 27% chrome white iron agitator assists in the pumping of slurries by breaking up large particles and agitating high concentrations of solids .
5.Service conditions
a)Power supply: generator or industry electric power, and the capacity of the substation transformator is two to three times of the rated capacity of the motor.
b)Temperature of the medium: The temperature of the medium cannot exceed 60Celsius, and the medium does not contain inflammable or explosive gases.
c)Max weight density of the solid particle: The maximum weight concentration of the solid particles in the medium: the maximum weight concentration of the ash is 45% and the maximum weight concentration of the slag is 60%.
d)The unit works in the medium vertically, and the working status is continuous.
